How does it work?
The following are set separately for each staff member:
- Working hours: Ahmet weekdays 9–18, Mehmet 12–20.
- Time off: Doctor's appointments, annual leave, lunch breaks.
- Service permissions: Color only by the senior stylist, blow-dries by the whole team.
When a customer chooses a service, the system only shows staff who can provide that service and are free at that time.
The “Anyone” option
If a customer doesn't want to choose a specific staff member, they pick “Anyone”; the system automatically assigns the staff member who is available at that time and has the least busy day. This balances the workload.
Can staff see their own calendar?
Yes. Staff sign in with their own accounts and see only their own appointments; they can't access business settings or reports.
