Payment and Subscription Terms
Last updated: October 15, 2026
- Payments are securely collected by Vaktimce's authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), Paddle.
- Your card details never reach Vaktimce; they are processed only on Paddle's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
- Prices are shown excluding taxes; VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country (20% for Turkey).
- Subscriptions are paid in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled; you are not charged automatically when the free trial ends.
1. Seller and Payment Infrastructure
Vaktimce subscriptions are sold through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle collects your payment, calculates and collects the applicable taxes, issues your invoice and processes refunds. In addition to these terms, your order is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. The service itself (use of the software, support and account management) is provided by Vaktimce.

2. Payment Methods
- You can pay with credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and other cards shown at checkout) and other methods offered at checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Available methods may vary by country and device.
- Cardholder authentication (3D Secure) is applied where your bank requires it.
- Your card details are not sent to Vaktimce's servers, and are not seen or stored by Vaktimce. For auto-renewal, the payment method securely stored by Paddle is used.
- Installments are not offered; payments are taken in a single charge.
3. Prices and Taxes
- Current plan prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices on the English site are in US dollars (USD) and prices on the Turkish site are in Turkish lira (TRY); all are shown excluding taxes. The currency of an existing subscription doesn't change when you switch plans.
- Value added tax and similar taxes are calculated by Paddle according to the laws of your country; the VAT rate for buyers in Turkey is 20%. The total amount including taxes is clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
- Struck-through prices are list prices; the discounted price is the price valid on the payment date.
4. Billing Period
- Monthly subscription: The monthly fee is charged in advance every month on the subscription start day.
- Yearly subscription: The 12-month fee is charged in advance in a single payment at the start of the subscription. The monthly-equivalent price is lower with yearly billing.
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
- At the end of the period, the subscription renews automatically with the same plan and period length; the renewal fee is charged by Paddle to your saved payment method.
- You can always see the next renewal date on the Panel → Subscription page.
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time on the Panel → Subscription page or in the Paddle customer portal opened via the “Card, invoices and subscription management” link. In that case, you are not charged at the end of the period and your account moves to the free plan. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can turn renewal back on.
- Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect and apply from the first renewal after the notice.
6. Plan Changes
- Upgrading: The new plan starts immediately; the price difference for the remainder of the period is charged to your saved payment method after deducting any credit on your account.
- Downgrading: The new plan starts immediately; the value of the unused time on the previous plan is added to your account as credit and deducted from your next payments.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment cannot be collected (card limit, expired card, etc.), Paddle notifies you by email and retries the payment at intervals. During this time your plan stays active for 7 more days; you can change your payment method via the “Update card” link on the Panel → Subscription page. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free plan terms; your data is not deleted.
8. Free Trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial without being asked for card details. No charge is made when the trial ends; the account automatically moves to the free plan. Switching to a paid plan happens only with your explicit approval and payment.
9. Invoices
For each payment, Paddle issues an invoice/receipt and sends it to the email address you provided at checkout. You can access your past invoices in the Paddle customer portal from the Panel → Subscription page; you can add billing details (e.g. company name, tax number) at checkout or in the portal.
10. Refunds
Refund terms and timelines are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method.
