At Vaktimce we care about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Platform, how we use it and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Business accounts: first and last name, email, phone, business details, and service and staff definitions.
- Customers who book appointments: full name, phone, email and appointment details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and security logs.
How we use information
Information is used only to provide the booking service, manage accounts, ensure security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Payments
Paid subscription payments are collected by our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), Paddle.com Market Limited. The card details you enter at checkout are sent directly to Paddle; Vaktimce does not see or store your card details. The information needed to collect payment, calculate tax and issue invoices (name, email, country, billing details) is shared with Paddle and processed under Paddle's privacy policy. To manage your subscription status, Vaktimce stores only the Paddle customer and subscription IDs and the payment amount and date.
Data security
Each business's data is logically isolated from other businesses. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, connections are encrypted with HTTPS and critical actions are recorded in audit logs. The database is backed up regularly.
Data deletion and export
Businesses can anonymize customer records from the panel. To close your account or export your data, please get in touch with us.
