No. The Free plan is free forever for up to 1 staff, 10 customers and 25 appointments per month. QR codes, email reminders and customer history are included in paid plans.

When the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan; your data isn't deleted. Staff and branches over the plan limits are closed to bookings until you upgrade.

Not for the trial. Payment details are only requested when you switch to a paid plan.

Yearly billing has a lower monthly-equivalent price. For example, Starter is $19 per month billed monthly and the equivalent of $15 per month billed yearly ($180 per year).

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Subscription page in your panel.

Prices shown exclude taxes. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and the total is clearly shown before you pay.
