Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Vaktimce online booking platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

Vaktimce is cloud-based software that lets businesses take online bookings and manage their appointment, staff, service and customer processes. The content of the Service varies by plan.

2. Account and responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
• The business is the data controller for its own customers' data and agrees to comply with its obligations under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).
• Misleading business information, fake reviews or unlawful content may not be published.

3. Billing and trial

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Subscriptions are sold through our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) Paddle.com Market Limited; payment, tax, invoicing and refunds are handled by Paddle, and the payment is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. New businesses get a 14-day free trial; no charge is made when the trial ends and the account moves to the free plan. For paid subscriptions, the Distance Sales Agreement, Payment and Subscription Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy apply.

4. Service continuity

We make reasonable efforts to provide the Service without interruption; planned maintenance is announced in advance.

5. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the panel or the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Accounts may be suspended if the terms are breached.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced by email.
